1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Furnish Living and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, dimensions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Wood grain, colour and finish may vary slightly between pieces as they are natural materials. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Delivery & Assembly
We offer delivery and, where stated, assembly of larger items. Delivery times and any charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address, access (lifts/stairs) and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order and delivery slot before dispatch.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Warranty
Eligible items carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product or at checkout. Warranty covers structural frame and mechanism defects and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from unsuitable environments (for example excessive damp or heat).
7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within the return window shown at checkout for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product. Made-to-order and clearance items may be non-returnable where stated. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
